Hello Art-School Dropouts Bloggers,

Thanks to Tehfaiz for the very kind introduction. I am currently a illustrator and designer who’s resurfacing himself on the internet.  In addition to launching a new website later this FALL, I am also going to test the waters with this activity we all love call blogging, hence my hanging out with the dropout crew here…

So to start things off I would like to make you all aware of some asian related music events happening in the NYC area this coming weekend.

FETES 2009 at Webster Hall (thanks to Superglorious for letting me create this years poster, forgive the pixalation ahh…see below)

This years FETES will be featuring groups with all female leads. Thus featuring Echostream, Gelatine, Kokusyoku Sumire and Swinging Popsicle.

This ALL-FEMALE MUSIC GROUP will have their first US performance @ WEBSTER HALL opening up for the FETES Concert on Sunday.

This coming weekend will also be home to another asian music showcase featuring three indie rock bands from China. The bands are Hedgehog, Queen Sea Big Shark, and Casino Demon.  Their party will be at new hot spot in town Santo’s Party House on Saturday night.

Since this is my first post I just want to drop my top 5 finds/interest for this month. (Image below is from Drop by Koji Suzuk)

3. The new Philadelphia Mural Project called A Love Letter For You by Steve “ESPO” Powers.

Hey everyone, just wanted to let you know about a friend that going to hop on the blogsite!

Welcome, iMattgination Arts, but on the blog he’ll post as GhostWriter MC.

Sorry! I meant to post this post like 2 weeks ago…but here’s a little gift!

Honestly, I have written and rewritten this blog post for the past weeks because I guess I had my male period. Fucking conflicting feelings of both high and low have reedited this post so I guess I’ll try to sum everything that I’ve felt throughout this two weeks. It’s also partly the reason why I’ve been busy for a while, been sorting out life changing decisions at this time for me. I just realized that everyone has been moving on at their own pace and because I’ve started my life much faster than most of my friends, I reach crossroads much sooner and much more different than my friends, and all I can do is to travel it on my own. I’ve always known I march to a different drum, but people often forget that it’s quite a lonely beat.

This past few weeks just made me realize that even more.

I want to update but I don’t have time, aahhh!!

I just wanted to say that, I promise I’ll get something on this page by the end of the week.

FYI: Yes, we’re still around, just busy.

Hey everyone, despite our inactivity for the past week and a half, there’s still a lot of you that visit our site, and thank you.
A lot of things have been happening hence the lack of updates and trust me guys, I love updating on the site.

I re-edited a video I did a few weeks back, the client didn’t want such a clubbanger feel that I made the first time around but wanted a more smooth, laid back, r&b feel to it.
Here’s the re-edit and I like this even more.

UGH, I hate flash conversions of videos. There’s fucking special effects there that gets fucked up because of conversion…>_<
